Exciting New Taxi by Text system

From 1st May, 2006 we were proud to become the only Chester Taxi company to use this ground breaking new system. You simply text Abbey followed by your pickup address to 81810 and a Taxi is distributed to you directly by our computer system. You will then receive a text message informing you that your Taxi is on the way. It's simple, fast and hassle free.

Free Ringback

When you place a booking with us you can also request our completely Free Ringback service. This revolutionary service eliminates the need to stand outside and wait, or constantly look outside for your Taxi. At Abbey Taxis we will simply call you when we arrive.

Credit Card Facilities.

We also offer all customers full credit card facilities at all times.

Exclusive services for Account Customer's-On-line booking

All of our account customer's can now benefit form our interactive on-line booking system. You book your Taxi/Taxis on-line, the booking will be received in real time on dedicated PC's in our control room and accounts office. You therefore get an on-line response directly to your computer. You can also pre-book for the entire week using this system. This revolutionary service also enables you, the customer, to access all of your account information and invoices on a daily basis, and make amendments in pre booked journeys at the touch of a button.
